Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use Ora Games.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Listings and transactions

• Sellers must own or be legally authorized to sell all listed assets.
• All prices are in USD and range from $1 to $500 per listing.
• Funds are held in escrow and released after buyer confirmation.

4. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, chargeback abuse, stolen accounts, chargeback baiting, harassment, or violation of any game publisher's Terms of Service.

5. Fees

Ora Games charges a platform fee on completed sales. Fees are disclosed to sellers before publishing a listing.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ajman.
